No Brokerage Relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form, or receiving information from us does not create a real estate brokerage, agency, or client relationship. A client relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement. Texas law requires that you receive the Information About Brokerage Services notice at our first substantive communication about a specific property; nothing on the Site replaces that notice or any required disclosure.

Intellectual Property
