Buyers who do their homework in Celina right now are in a good position.

I live there with my three boys so I can tell you firsthand what daily life looks like. Lilyana is also worth looking at if you want new construction at a slightly lower price point.

For an existing home, plan for 30 to 45 days from contract to close once you find the right property. For new construction, build timelines vary — a spec home already framed could close in 60 to 90 days while a to-be-built home could take six to twelve months.
